Need some guidance if anyone has any advice. Had a minor flare up with silent reflux and some mild esophageal discomfort back in November and started a ppi. Doc says we can handle this with good diet and is wanting to get me off the Prilosec. Any advice on how to taper would be great. Also this whole world of reflux has been a whirlwind of anxiety for me so any advice that they may mitigate flare ups would be appreciated. Thanks guys and gals [emoji1365]

Apple Cider vinegar tabs 480mg 3x w/ meals
Good digestive Probiotics
Lots of fiber I add in fiber gummies.
Magnesium oxide 500mg at night
Staying flushed out bile has more room and acids don't bubble up

Those damn ant acids work in the beginning and then just make the prolem worse! Good you are getting off those. Great advice here form everyone! Orange, you mentioned you have tried a lot already, and I am sure you have... Aloe juice helps me, ginger, parsley..there really is a whole lot.
