I'm not sure about the ones now days, but back in the day (8-10 years ago) they worked pretty damn good. I remember a specific time back then I picked some up thinking they can't be that strong. Totally wrong. I took the pack of two on a Saturday night and still had a boner Monday morning at work. It was awesome and terrible at the same time. I think they were called Rise2.
