i dont answer my phone when anyone calls unless its my wife or my mom everyone else goes to voice mail they can wait until i get done. i think everyone is entitled to an hour to an hr and half to them self.. i see that shit on something i want to use i will ask them hey how more sets you got??

I literally ***** slapped some punk a few years ago for this bs...the slam was for the lip he gave me...then he got laughed out of the gym...God I love Arizona!

I don't bring my phone to the gym. I have a cheap disposable with wifi so i can stream my music to BT headphones. I am not so important I should be disrupted during my favorite part of the day, the lift. if you are on a phone and in the way of my routine, i have fun disrupting your shit.

I have my phone. But. Clearly people see my headphones plugged into the phone. And hear the music screaming from under the ear pieces.. Inbetween a set for a 30 second rest im usually not sitting.lol unless its leg day. But i actually get up stretch and stand behind the machine im using or pace in front of it..

Gym etiquette is what i call it. Anyone can work in if they want. But its normally at a pace they might not like. Its up to them...

But I have to admit I love it when my girl sends me selfies from her gym workouts, especially the yoga pants ass shots she sends me from the squat rack.I bet whoever sees her doing it is furious LOL

Is she in my way? Tying up equipment I want to use? she standing between me and the mirror? Do i have to maneuver around here? Then she won't hear a peep from me. Selfie it up, it's not messing up my workout.
