Went out this morning and theres a spot i always see muskie but damn if there not hard to catch. Anyhow a bluegill hits my line then bam something hit the hell out of the bluegill to the point it made my canoe change course. I thought it was a catfish but come to find out it was a gorgeous 52inch muskie. 1st one ive ever caught. So he fought so hard i tried to revive him but he fricking died from the fight. So im getting him mounted. I was amazed he didnt break my line with no steel leader and on 10lb test. But a hell of a fish and fight.

Man I say every year I'm going to make time to get out fishing. So far I've pretty much failed at that goal every year, but this year I'm really going to try. Lots of places to go out in my neck of the woods.Train Till Your Eyes Bleed!

I do ! Chinook, Steelhead, and Pike. Would love to hook on to a big Muskie !Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

I fish a lot, I have a kayak and a few buddies with boats. I tourney fish in the friday night good ole boy comps from time to time but I am not real good. You know you like to fish when you have $1,800 just in your rods and reels alone and that was not top of the price range gear.
I love bass fishing but will fish for anything really.
