I don't. That's what room mates & brothers are for *lol*

If it's a new home, you shouldn't be looking at any 'upkeeps' for awhile, Rado.
You're in Fl? Probably just routine yearly maintenance on your central air so that you don't spread bacteria throughout the house.
The exterminator to spray twice a year for creepy crawlers?
Pool chemicals.. you'll need cholorine pucks, algecide, shock & ph increase & decrease, a ph & cholorine test kit with chemicals..

I'm moving to florida, those homes in the northeast would be more than double that cost

They all have a lot of particle board and a lot of styro foam and stucco. They look awesome, but they are nothing like homes in the north that are built to withstand years of abuse from the winter. They are built to put up the least resistance to hurricanes.
well thanks for making it sound like I'm buying some piece of shit you retard

your right though, I can't afford to buy a home that's made out of brick just yet, or one like my parents out in Cheval either

that's cool, I just want to see what kind of budget I need to get on soon so that I have money with me at all times...I'm good when it comes to managing money, or should I say my GF is, she works in a CPA firm so she pretty much handles the money in the Rado house
