Yesterday some girl whos always interrupting us pops her head in my office and and yells "Theres a school shooting today in Florida".
My attitude toward her was "stop bugging us with old news. This stuff happens every day".
Then I see the news last night. Unbelievable. This is more kids than were killed at columbine. Are we going to have to have military personnel at every school in the country? What the hells going on out there? That AR-15 is going to be blamed. Wonder what prescription meds this kid was on? If he had behavior issues at school, you can be assured they had him on some pharmaceutical which has the side effect of suicide/homicide.

I was checkin' to see what Clair the weather girl was wearing for the day,..(Pathetic, I know). next thing I knew that came on, seventeen WTF !?!? He's 19, what was he still pissed off about so much to go back and slaughter a bunch of kids ? Damn, and I gotta' go grocery shopping today, maybe I'll skip Wal-Mart jus incase huh ?

ban all guns and it will stop all of this is straight up nonsense to say the least. mother fuckers need to step the fuck up and start hammering the mental health rules and the pharm companies they take money from. they are the reason the majority of this crap happens. if you leave it up to the stupid as liberals they will hold the manufacture accountable for these things. oh and the wonderful three letter agency that let hill dog off got a tip that he posted about doing something like this. they went and saw the dude that called the tip in and not the shooter. makes sense doesnt it? they drop the ball all the time and no one is ever held accountable

damn, how often is one of these bastards ever caught alive? Death penalty case for sure.
2017 – Florida statutorily abolishes non-unanimous jury recommendations for death and requires that the sentencing jury unanimously recommend a death sentence before the trial judge may impose a death sentence.

One good thing about the more barbaric countries is this guy would be paraded thru the streets on a leash while people spit on him, then he would be beaten and beheaded in the city square in front of everyone. Too bad we cant have that here. Of course It wouldnt stop it since most of these killers expect to get killed

Ban the guns.. what an asshole thing to say. But that's expected by our peers right ? allways the same kinda' lame excuse people use. Fat cause ya eat too much, poor or homeless cause you're lazy ? The kid is f#cked up in the head to begin with ! Just lost his Mother and is hooked up with a bunch of haters. I just don't understand,.. why is everyone so extreme nowadays ? Now I know the evil people do has gone on for years but c'mon. There are more kids doing this s#it than anyone else ! Sex crimes, murders, arson, the violent protests, terrorists. I'll tell ya what, I got my eyes peeled more for teens and twenty somethings than anybody else out there. God Bless Us all have Mercy !

Its a sad day when this happens and Mental health awareness should increase .lets not forget this kid was notified by the FBI last year for having guns and knives on his instagram and facebook and they didnt do shit about it.When people are that crazy and have no more idea of whats real watch out for these people

We are about to do a shit ton of tactical medic training. This morning at a dept head meeting, we talked about preparing for school shooting training. We’re already scheduled to do some tactical training next week. I’m sure now, the training officers are gonna change some shit up now

I know a local teacher who was telling me she and several of the teachers in her school went thru a firearm training course and are now armed the whole time they are teaching class. They had to get approval thru the school board. They have like 10 teachers trained in tactical firearms . Its what its come to. Training teachers is going to have to include firearms

It's crazy, they always say if you see something say something. Well someone did report this kid and they didn't do anything about it. Now it's all about banning guns as usual. That's all the left talks about during these types of situations instead of the real issues in our society. Makes me sick.

If Florida is like colorado, the dude wont get the death penalty. That Holmes dude shot up that theater in aurora, co and he got insanity and now its costing the state millions$$$ to keep Holmes alive in the psych ward. He has a team of doctors and counselors working with him and trying to rehab him back to normal. The dude deserves to be executed. What a crock of shit

prior planning and executing something like that should make it a done deal period. no matter how insane you might be should not matter. he ran away when he was done so he knew it was wrong. so that in itself proves for a fact that he knows the difference between right and wrong. now the kicker with a couple of states like fl tx and va with the death penalty is that they do not play. they will go after it as hard as possible and he will end up on death row

There is a gun for every human in the USA, if they were the problem wouldn't everybody be dead?

No it is an incredible minority of sick people. The media hold some blame too as they glorify these folk as anti heroes which is what they want. You see their pics on the news every 5 minutes and they talk about them constantly. Stop showing the names and pictures of these folk and I bet at least SOME of these would cease.

Also mandate active shooter protocols in school like Israel. They had one and have not had another as they learned and acted. (granted it is a small country with a small population)

They should mandate concealed carry training for all teachers. That would put an end to this shit real fast
