I wonder when the shoe will drop in our fitness Bodybuilding industry when sexual harassment charges will start flying towards us.I'm pissed that anyone not just a man or women but it just seems now its more women that they can come out and make charges and the man gets fired right away and they presume he's guilty without getting the facts.Its Bull Shit.

While I believe it is, and always has been a reality, it is really spiraling out of control. Let's see a man accuse a woman of such and I would highly doubt 1 thing would be done about it

if i had money power or any influence whatsoever, i would ensure that i was never alone with anyone of the opposite sex ever. absolutely no freaking way. granted most of these dick heads 99% did what they are accused of but as soon as it goes out that you did it, you are done.
i also think if you wait 10-20-30 years then you lose your credibility completely. if you think it's that bad then go to the cops or get a lawyer to rep you immediately or shortly after it occurs. both the law and lawyers jones for these things to land in their laps

my wife got hit up with sexual harassment charges at her job 3rd party style.. some one over heard a conversation and felt violated.. fucken people are something else. she quit soon after..

gone are the days of joking around at work this world is way to hyper sensitive, however I know some of this is a legitimate concern but ya...

I got hit up for gender sensitivity bullshit .. some lady wanted me fired because I ask to see the "guys" to help me shut some things down at work.. no shit... by the way it was a "guy" who shut the stuff off.. I was nolonger allowed to go into the admin office...

No kidding ! 20-30 years ? The person is probably dead or too old. I know if some guy said "good morning beautiful" or slapped me on the ass, I'd either speak up, tie a not in the old bastards face, or be over it after 5-10 or decades later. I mean I got it, you're afraid to loose your job, ashamed, or what have you but c'mon ! I just don't look or say much to anybody any more. seems like everybody just gets so ass hurt or offended by anything. Race, gender, religion.

In my mid 20s I had an old guy I worked say very inappropriate things to me several times. I ignored until I reported him and found out he had been reported before. They just had a talk with him, it didnt stop. Noone gave a shit and my voice wasn't as loud back then. He was old, a long time employee, and people seemed to think it was funny. It wasn't! Point is this has happened for a very long time and women speak out more but all that is coming out now seems out of control. I would just call him a dirty old man now and tell him to STFU. The media is having a field day. Another deflection from some other bad shit going on in this world.

Seems like that's all we hear about on the news anymore. Another person coming out accusing someone else of sexual harassment. I work in an office environment and I'm getting to the point where I don't even want to be alone in a business meeting with someone of the opposite sex. It's just getting crazy.
