    A federal jury found Ahmed Abu Khattala guilty Tuesday on just four of 18 charges related to the deadly 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, precluding him from facing the death penalty.

    this is a pathetic excuse at justice. these people are enemy combatants not regular everyday criminals and should be treated and tried as such. our gov and how they handle shit is stupid

      thats crazy..... the system is broken and doesn't work.. lock them up let them go and lock them up again how does that work?

      American lives lost and he walks away.. should have never happened in the first place if she cliton was doing her job..
