Black Friday

When did Black Friday become such a political uproar with people? Even thanksgiving?

So much stuff on hate and violence? Maybe there's truth to some of it but seriously a day is a day and what you make of it! Not what happened hundreds of years ago.

I feel like every fiber of our country is being tugged at. How strong is this flag? I think we will know in most of our lifetimes!

The thing is 99% of people see this stuff and think like us. Even my super liberal sister thinks antifa is disruptive force in everyone's well being. but the news loves it. this stuff is small and insignificant but the media portrays it as widespread and common.

I fly an American flag outside my house most of the time (weather permitting) I have had my solar spotlight stolen but no one has messed with the flag. I have worn my "I plead the 2nd" shirt with a pic of an AR-15, no one has gone berserk over that (i do live in Texas so...)

I stopped looking at the news for 2 weeks. I tried to insulate myself the best I could. What a difference, great for my well being. Try it brother.

That said someone tries to take my flag down they will receive a complementary shin to the dome at very high speed as their reward.

Been doing no news too. I travel a ton so just got rid of my xm radio so I don't listen to it

I really need to stop watching so much of the news as well. Just enough to stay informed, but not enough to get lost in it.
