    Re: Gaining Belly Fast

From what I have learned on this forum from guys in the know. Belly fat is caused by to much insulin from a dirty diet. To loose it is clean the diet and do HIIT exercise.
I am giving the simplistic version and others will give a more formal version.

everyone is predisposed to storing more fat in certain areas. dont want to have a pot belly, then hit your correct numbers daily and stay active and consistent. it is going to get a hell of a lot harder as we age also

external factors like stress can also cause belly fat to increase. check the diet first and then look at stress levels.

A good probiotic and a fiber also with a prebiotic like applecider vinegar (I like braggs brand) will help reduce gut inflammation and can help reduce belly fat along with a good diet and training.

Yep. Definately clean up the diet and ramp up the cardio. Especially short huge bursts of cardio like hiit. Works like a charm my friend!

As everyone said, it's most likely going to start with your diet. Especially as we get older. I know I can't eat the same way now in my late 30s that I did when I was in my early 20s. You may not be eating bad, but what you're eating, when and how often will play a huge role.

Like jipped jeans mentioned, I'm also a huge supporter of apple cider vinegar. (Braggs brand for me as well) I've noticed a huge difference in my over all gut health since I've been using it.
