I couldn't do leg presses so I would just do leg extensions hamstrings ect. But then went to you tube and just looked there are so many exercises we can all do that don't need weights and do them at home. I incorporated some squats without the bar. I would just get a chair stand up sit down 30 times 4-5 sets and my legs got pumped..So anyone that thinks they don't have time we all do
