...I've always hated them, still hate them...forced myself to do them yesterday. 5 sets back and forth across the gym.
Needless to say I can't move today! Not sure what it is about this exercise that just kills me. My ass cramps and my upper Hams lock up, I get winded like I'm doing some tire flipping contest!
