i used to believe that it was the only way. man i was way way wrong. i would say that if you are really bad out of shape then it would be a really good jump start or if you have a stubborn metabolism. i am now leaning more toward interval type training and eccentric less work. gives you the ability to hold onto much more muscle without hammering your recoverability.TGBSupplements REP
