Went to my old Crossfit gym this evening. This was the workout. My legs are toast..

10 front squats (185lb)
Then...
25 minutes to find 2 rep max back squat..
Then...
Workout of the day...
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of...
20 lunges holding 2-53lb kettlebells
10 overhead squats (115lb)
5 back squats (115lb)
I could barely walk up the steps after lol
