hell no. like all the cool people say, i like my gains. may be a good way to break a plateau or something along those lines but i would not see a good benefit long term

Im refering to what I think is called the warrior diet. Where you eat from 6 to 10 pm and you basically stuff yourself and then you go to bed. The next day No breakfast, no lunch.Just wondered if anyone had any experience doing the warrior diet.
Intermittent fasting is being hailed in the scientific community for disease prevention. Thats my main reason for being open to it. I know you young guys arent concerned with that kind of stuff lol

I do it sometimes. In fact I haven't ate since yesterday at 3 pm. I believe it revs your metabolism. I do it once a week maybe twice.

I DO NOT believe it would be good for putting size on at ALL. I'm not in that phase of life right now so for me its about finding cool things to tinker with metabolism, etc. They man reason I do is because its supposed to give a decent gh pulse. I wouldn't put too much into it. Use it once in awhile to shock the body.

think of it this way from a fat lose or composition type of stand point. our bodies arent designed for low end leanness abilities to begin with unless we have really good genetics. that's the starting point for us normal people. so when we put our bodies into a starving state it sends a signal to our bodies to preserve fat. now when you crank a bunch of cals into a surplus it will hold onto even more for that next starvation period. that's how our bodies are designed to think. i always think of this type of approach as the yoyo dieters. if you look at someone that used to be really really big and then they starve off for a bit and get small then they blow back up again a lot of the time they put on way more than what they started at. it is because they are primed to do so because they starved their bodies and the body doesnt want to be starved.

best solution would be: find your optimal cal intake for maint. then either go a touch higher to gain as long as you are staying lean or a tad lower if you want to drop fat. no need for a magic formula or slamming it all into one part of the day. just hit your numbers as close as possible for the day and call it a day. that's my take on how to achieve the desired goal without screwing up your body and metabolism at the same time
