  • Goals..,

    Does anyone have any particular goals they are trying to achieve? Or are you just working out for other reasons?

    I'm constantly upgrading my goals as I achieve them. Sometimes I'm training for pure size and strength and sometimes I'm focusing more on aesthetics, so my goals are always changing. Whatever your current goals may be, I think it's paramount to have them in place to keep your physique progressing. I see so many people in the gym everyday that just go through the motions of working out and they haven't progressed at all in years. Whatever you're training for, In my opinion you have to have goals. Something to keep you pushing.

      aint that the truth.. I left a gym for like 2 years came back and it was like I never left...besides like 2/3 folks everybody looked the exact same

        Same here fellas. I'm constantly changing my workouts so I don't get bored or my body gets used to it

            I know the scale isnt always a good indicator, but if I got down to 210, I would be shredded to the bone. My last competition i weighed 217 and was very lean, but have since lost some of that muscle. So 210 is the new goal. Im at 228 right now

              Need some new goals, I just train. It's like waking up...just part of my day. It's such a habit.
