hello all. I'm going to post my daily workout for anyone looking for ideas. I am also looking for any feedback...good or bad...about it. I'm open to new ideas on all aspects. I don't know it all and I'm always ready to learn new things.
I'm a Crossfit trainer as well as a personal trainer. I do both daily. So here's what Im doing tonight...
Warm up..
2 rounds of..
30 push-ups...30 double unders...30 kettlebell swings
Strength..
30 minutes to work up to 3 rep bench press max.
Crossfit workout
For time...
80 double unders
40 push-ups
80 double unders
40 dips
80 double unders
40 benchpress 135pounds
