    To.split up orals doses threw out the day we use to take everything at one time in earley 90's

        wrap your head around this one. so say you have a weak body part, take for example say chest. you want to hit it up to 3x a week. so how do we do this? well you have your standard hard and heavy day on 1 day. then you have two other days with lower intensity and lower volume spread over those 2 days. presto you have more stimulation without compromising your recoverability. that is as long as you are hitting your numbers like you should be

                  My apologies, training only.

                  If it hurts find an alternative, use lifting gear when necessary, and do whatever you got to do to stay in the gym AND always leave your ego at the door.

                      I change up my work outs every few months do things are normally wouldnt do.Ive learned how to cycle better from taking advice on those that really know there shit. Have 2 heavy day say of chest the next time not so heavy gor for reps.I take more time off now.I was going 7 days a week for yrs damn honest truth now take 2 days off in a row. I listen to my body if it hurts I skip or go lite

                          I understand today how important stretching is and listen to the body. if you aint feeling it prolly best not try it.. don't take chances that my cost you your ass. sometimes less is more.

                          often my head says more and I know now more is good just go a little slower to get it.

                            I basically stay focused and try to do what's best for me instead of trying some shit some1 saids is good .
                            Remember people , what's works for some1 else may not work for you !!!
                            And I'm like most of u , I go with the way I feel . If I want to lift heavy , I go hard , if I feel like lifting lite , then that's what I'll do . Nobody to impress but me !!!

                              I learned that over supinating my forearm when doing dumbell curls doesnt change the shape of the peak on my bicep. Youre born with the peak the good lord gave ya, you aint gonna turn a flat bicep into the matterhorn
