So some of you remember I ripped my chest back in November! I'm made a great recovery for the most part. I see a little deformation and still deal with pain and discomfort here and there. That being said certain exercises have not come back. I shredded my right pec on incline smith machine...I can hardly do 2/3 of what I used to and that's working through a lot of pain. Bar bench which I never did a lot of in the past 5 years is almost non existent.
Flip side is dumbbell incline, any machine, weighted push up are all exceeding my pre injury.
