          Nice looks like you moving on up. Great advise in this thread you are only as strong as your weakest link. Keeping the entire body growing will keep you moving forward. Then if you really want to crush a group or focus on it and feel stuck you can switch over to German Volume Training on it. Keeping those muscles confused is key because they are smart and will adapt quickly to your workout then you plateau.

            Every other week go to max or close 2 reps max youll need a spotter and that will get you stronger resulting in more reps wich sounds like thats what you want. Accesories always tricep work and lat pulldowns and incline dumbells, you have to go heavy to get stronger no way around it. Not sure your goal but 225 is not your max looks like u want more reps.
