So im mid cycle of test cyp, i started at 750mg now upped it to 1G a week. My legs are growing very nicely and my upper body is coming along fairly well.
Ive started targeting my upper chest because i can see its lacking but i feel my chest overall is not growing well either. I hit it once per week, it comes out to about once every five days or so.
I was doing high volume for a solid 3-4 months and now im back on low volume but I love hitting chest so much that I end up doing 4-5 exercises every workout. I need some new ideas or a mass gaining program! Im ready to destroy this muscle to get it up to where it should be.
