I've only seen powerlifters use it....the creator of the slingshot was on joe rogan podcast this week, he didn't talk about it a lot but mentioned it being similar to a pressing shirt just not as crazy
I would have never thought of it as injury prevention type of product but I've never read to much about it, just witnessed it in action
