What a concept. Is this closed chain or open chain? I forget lol..I think its open, but it doesnt matter.. whatever it is, this thing looks very cool. Wonder if anyone on here has used one

Never seen this before, it's like a adult swingset but it builds muscle at the same time? Interesting lol. Tebow is always getting it, for some odd reason I really like the guy... Hope he does well. -

Neat but I would be afraid always been about controlled movements but be a good burn I'm sure just don't lockout knees

not to much different than a box jump if you think about it. i could def see someone tearing their knees up with a quickness using resistance on one of these though. this would be considered working on explosiveness and type 2 fibers.TGBSupplements REP

that is really cool. will increase that explosive power you cannot get from squats ect. well maybe light jump squats but that looks like it would hit the quads hard"SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"
