For now I am on blood thinners. Do they affect training?

    Re: training and blood thinners

Good question, im definitely not the one to answer this but thinner blood is easier on the heart. Im on EQ right now which increases RBC and i hear that giving blood is recommended during a cycle. I havent done it i wonder if my blood is too thick..

On EQ I had to donate blood to keep RBC lower. On EQ try to not take anything with iron or B vit. That will keep it down a lot.

My dad takes it also. To answer ur ? I would say test is ok but eq or drol might be bad mix with it since they increase ur blood count. But I'm not sure. I would and do tell my doctor everything I use because of my Bp
Meds. My blood count goes up on eq and drol but my meds keep my Bp in check.

man, i would go with what the doc's say. i would imagine it would make your training far more effective from a muscle building standpoint due to the thinner blood getting into the muscle faster and easier but on the other hand, it could possibly cause internal bleeding from muscle trama. obviously i am no doc but knowing what they do that's is what i think. you may also get winded faster due to thinner blood also so that could also cause some probs. i would speak with a specialist or maybe email some of the docs that work with top tier athletes and arent one track minded. they usually will answer questions through email sometimes

I just got clearance today to start training again. I am on the same thought process as you where it may even help with training. My dose is only management to prevent the a fib and is very low.
