              start at 1.5g of pro per pound and .5-.8g per pound of essential fat. then .5-.1g of carb and roll with it. if you are dropping more than 1-3 pounds per wk then up it a little bit in each macro until you start hitting 1-3lbs of loss per wk. some people keep the numbers the same and have a big cheat once a week also instead of upping their macros. those are two methods you can use

                I dropped about 4# in 3 days but do not feel well and no energy.

                    i would go with 4-6 per day split up 2-3x daily. i also wouldnt forget to add in some coconut oil. that stuff is awesome. if you dont like that go with some natty almond butter and or natty pb but go for some that has little or no sugar at all.

                        i am looking at formulating my current diet off the lower end numbers listed. just wanted to make sure the carb ratio is .1 - .5g in case of any typos?

                        e.g. macros would be:
                        p 1.5g
                        f .5g
                        c .1g

                            that is correct and that is on the very extreme low end. i did the extreme to moderate in the margins and you can bump them up as needed until you hit the desired 1-3lbs drop or whatever your goal is
