    What has/is yours? If you have already reached one, share it with us and tell us what your next one is. I love to hear these. I know Fuzo has one and I don't need pics/videos to prove it,lol. Just interested in hearing what you all strive for with you lifts. If someone lies about one they have reached, you ae only lying to yourself!

    Don't lift very heavy any more I do know I love decline press and I use to do 450 6 times a decade ago lol

            i did 255 my last set on bench the other night! i was surprised i got it up with no spot help!!

              300 on bench is my short term goal as in within a year or so as I'm fighting tendinitis and it's literally ruining my upper body workouts. My best was 255 4-6 times don't remember exactly so will just go with 4. New job is my priority at this time being though. The 300 bench is definitely something that is always on my mind though. I know that's not heavy to a lot of you guys but I'm pretty small so it's good for me lol.

                  suppose it changes with life. when I think of my best I could always be better but seems to get harder as I get older. my best was 385 bench 455 squat at 185 lbs. I say best because I looked the best I ever did then. now best gets graded with a curve .. possibly beat those numbers one day but I kinda just like the pl look for the most part now. happy with stocky and strong, when I do the diet thing again I gotta be all in or nothing and I know it

                    Nothing wrong with that. I'm the beefer look too, I'm just built that way even if i cut.

                        I put up 350 on bench twice recently. I'm still pretty young so im hoping to be repping 405 here in a few years.
