If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

300 on bench is my short term goal as in within a year or so as I'm fighting tendinitis and it's literally ruining my upper body workouts. My best was 255 4-6 times don't remember exactly so will just go with 4. New job is my priority at this time being though. The 300 bench is definitely something that is always on my mind though. I know that's not heavy to a lot of you guys but I'm pretty small so it's good for me lol.
suppose it changes with life. when I think of my best I could always be better but seems to get harder as I get older. my best was 385 bench 455 squat at 185 lbs. I say best because I looked the best I ever did then. now best gets graded with a curve .. possibly beat those numbers one day but I kinda just like the pl look for the most part now. happy with stocky and strong, when I do the diet thing again I gotta be all in or nothing and I know it
