Hey guys, first off id like to say that this section is pretty sweet. I've never even clicked in here before and I already see alot of contest prep threads that ill need to read.
So last week the Tampa Pro was here and I was looking through the mens physique comp pictures(boardshort contest) and noticed that these guys arent huge most of them are just real cut with a solid base. I know this is probably a long shot but I was thinking of maybe trying to get on that stage next year. I have never competed, and never even tried to cut down bf very much so im not sure exactly what this all involves.
I think i have the AAS and weight training down i just need alot of diet advice leading up to the show. What foods to eat and when seems like a very important part of preparation. Ill take some time today and read through some of the threads in this forum but for you guys that have competed before I would like some input and possibly how heavy I would need to be to even look good.
Right now im about 12-13 weeks in on 750mg test e a week. I ran tren ace for 8 weeks and i stopped that about 4 weeks ago. Im currently 207lbs @ 6'2 probably 13% BF. Im also 32 years old. No health problems to speak of.
Im not sure where to start so let me know what you guys think.
