Now thats a great set up. So you training only at home? Or split up between outside gyms?

I have a Squat Rack, Pec Deck, Olympic Bench, Dumbbells from 10 to 100 lbs in pairs, Leg Press Sled that I can change around & do hack Squats, Smith Rack, Dips Stand, elliptical trainer, treadmill, and a spinning bike. Laying Machine Hamstring Curls, Seated machine leg kickouts, Tons of Plates.... The floor is padded. Anyway.... I love my setup.

I own a Gym Business as well GotClen.
I train there and at home. This home setup is the used equipment I pulled from the Gym when I upgrade. You never get your money back on Equipment. I had an extra building on my property at home that I converted into my private training facility.

Re: Home Gyms: Who has them, uses them, experience with them?

Crowley, I would kill for a setup like that bro. That's some serious stuff right there!

          Update:

I was really unhappy about the M4 not being able to do squats. I would hate that machine if I was to use it just because of that. So I continued the research, and stumbled upon ProSoft Fitness HG-6, which I put a deposit down on Thursday. It will be in my home, setup by them, and ready to roll by this Friday. Wife is stoked! I'll work out at the gym on base in the early am, and help her at night. I'll also be helping her with her meals, which will be a learning experience for both of us lol!

Prospot Fitness Hg 6 The Home Gym of the Future here today! - YouTube

THIS IS WHAT IT COMES WITH:

          ProSpot HG6 Home Gym

The Fusion HG-6 is the ultimate home gym with three varied-height cable pulleys and a cable crossover system that doubles as an alternative way to add resistance to the barbell. Two, 200-lb weight stacks allow for effective, independent training during exercises such as leg extension, leg curl and cable crossover movements. VKR/Dip Attachment and various accessories and handles offer virtually endless exercise options.

The included FS-150 bench further expands the HG-6’s versatility, providing such exercises as leg press, leg extension and curl, rowing movement and various press and cable exercises. The FS-150 also has a unique feature not found on any other workout bench - spring-loaded positioning wheels. While not in use the bench floats above the wheels and can be moved around easily. Locks down automatically while in use. Contoured sport seat with lumbar support provides unequaled comfort and performance while the positioning handles make adjusting seat positions a snap.

Several convenience features round out the superiority of the HG-6: Multiple, adjustable foot plates, height indicator markers for crossover pulleys, padded back rollers, barbell holder for performing chin ups, lat bar securing hooks, leg hold down, spot blocks, side-to-side barbell ratcheting for easy upward placement, VKR/Dip assist belt and cup holder. It’s wheelchair accessible and has a hefty 750-lb capacity.

I want one one day. I like working out when no body else is in the gym. I can concentrate better.
