      Re: Trying something new!!

Got through the first 3 warm up sets for chest today and had to quit. My joints were screaming, I can't even straighten my elbows out without being in pain. I am going to take a week off and see what happens.

That really sucks to hear. Heal up bro. I'm pullin for ya.

As far as peps, I'm right there with you. The only one I k ow worked was TB500. Shot it right into the muscle surrounding the elbows for 3 weeks. My elbows don't give me any trouble anymore. I don't know, I just wish I could help you somehow.

Not to be gloom and doom, but get a west niles test. My father in law has it and is in pain just like you're describing. It's attacking his joints like an auto immune disease.

Wishing the best for you bro.

good that you are getting checked out man. no way that my method should be making you hurt like that. could be the onset of the flu or a ton of different things going on. get them puppies good again so you can go back to tearing it up

Thanks guns, it's just so odd. I'm thinking its maybe the flu or arthritis but I want to be sure.

i am thinking the cold weather and maybe the onset of the flu. if i were a betting man i would put my money on that. i dont think that arthritis would flare like that just all of the sudden and we all know our normal aches and pains.
