    did chest already, front delt, abs, cardio
    all information is for entertainment purposes only and i dont condone the illegal use of steroids! iam just on here for fun and anything said is fictitious not real!!!!!!!!

        Today was sort of a mixed workout.Just went with what I felt.Was that sort of day.LOL

        Bench Press - 135 x 10,185 x 8, 185 x 5, 225 x 5, 280 x 13
        Flyes - 35 x 25 ,35 x 15

        Seated Military Press - 45 x 10, 95 x 10, 135 x 5, 185 x 19
        Side Laterals - 35 x 20 , 30 x 15

        Skullcrushers - 45 x 10, 95 x 5, 125 x 17

        Cardio/Cool Down- 20 minutes on Elliptical.

            I did a brutal Leg workout.. 20 minutes of weighted ab work.. then stair climber for 20 minutes. I'm spent.

                Rack Deads 225x5 315x6 365x6 405x5 405x6

                Bent Over Rows 185x6 195x6x2

                Wide Grip Weighted Chins 35x6x2 45x6

                Underhand Lats Pull downs 230x6x2 240x6

                Close Grip Seated Rows 220x6x2 230x6

                Cardio/Cool Down 20 minutes on tread.

                      trained legs this morning for the first time since 2006!! was still able to put 315 up for 3 reps squating, did 680 legs press and was SHOT after that!!! lol...i tried to do calf's and after 3reps with 90 pounds (sitting extention machine) i cramped up like a mutha!! lol
