hey guys i wont let it stop our contest but i have to be careful as i just stood up in morning and heard something pop it was my ankle so i got a cane to do my workouts minus the legworkout. i hope it dont got to be fused. this might send me back for the show, gd am pissed. please guys stay w/ me ill be around but its the same leg i fx my femur. ****!!!!!!!!!!

iam fine, just a little setback. i thought it was worse then it is. cane for just a few more weeks. from just standing up i bruised my ankle bone bad. it was swelled up , hence the pimp cane lol. i thought i was out but nope only lost 3 inches on my legs i got to get back. no time it will be back to normal. iam a old fart since i turned 46 holly bleep. see wat u did baby1 lol.all information is for entertainment purposes only and i dont condone the illegal use of steroids! iam just on here for fun and anything said is fictitious not real!!!!!!!!Comment
