just started DC again. This will be my second runthrough. Im running creatine and eating like a beast to gain weight/size and strength. Im roughly 194-196lbs @ 5'7.5". I recently had to take a month off all workin out and 2 months off tricep work due to injury and sickness... so my weights are low right now but hopin muscle memory kicks in soon.
Workout 1 -
flat bench - 255 - 10/3/2 plus 20 sec static
seated bb shoulder press - 185 - 8/3/2 plus 20 sec static
T-bar rows - 180 - 13/5/3
Pullups - BW - 9/4/4
Skull Crushers (wide grip) - 65 - 8/4/3
my former bench max was 365-370
