  • DC

    just started DC again. This will be my second runthrough. Im running creatine and eating like a beast to gain weight/size and strength. Im roughly 194-196lbs @ 5'7.5". I recently had to take a month off all workin out and 2 months off tricep work due to injury and sickness... so my weights are low right now but hopin muscle memory kicks in soon.

    Workout 1 -
    flat bench - 255 - 10/3/2 plus 20 sec static
    seated bb shoulder press - 185 - 8/3/2 plus 20 sec static
    T-bar rows - 180 - 13/5/3
    Pullups - BW - 9/4/4
    Skull Crushers (wide grip) - 65 - 8/4/3

    my former bench max was 365-370 i hope to be back there soon GRR
    Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself

    Relax you will get there. Hey, what is your age may i ask? Reason..iam same weight and height...well my weight is about 192lb tho. I think i have seen your pics on another board. You are massive bro!

        looks good. do you have your 3 exercises picked out for each bodypart? are you doing the extreme stretching as well? just making sure you're really doing DC, and not some chopped up version of it. are you on www.intensemuscle.com ? thats DC (Dante's) board.

          yea im doing the painfull brutal make me wanna throw up stretches haha, i love the work out its so much intensity and yup got my 3 diferent exercises picked out.

            why did you wait to do skulls at the end? It should of been done after delt excercise

                19 years old? dayum, you're gonna go far dude. What I mean is, if you're 19 and look like that already, there's almost no limit to what you can look like in a few years. You are all natural I'm guessing?

                  he has pics in the members pics forum. he is one of the largest (muscle wise) guys i've seen at his age...

                    yea ive been doin the stretches and my tris were too pumped from bench/shoulders at first so i needed them to chill for a lil till i could hit them again, like i said before i was out of tricep work for 2 months so they could pumped up a lot easier than before. But initially once i get used to it ill be hittin them after delts.

                      as far as all natural i have a cycle of M1t under my belt (when it first came out) and i tried phera plex...they were okay but honestly ive figured out its all about diet and proper training...ill be stayin away from any prohormone-progestins and so forth for a while...right now im just on creatine monohydrate, i forgot how good creatine was hah

                          Leg Press - 450 - 26/16/12 plus 20 sec static
                          Leg Curls - 180 - 16/6/4 plus 20 sec static
                          Seated Calve Raises - 16/10/8 plus 20 sec static
                          BB Curls - 95 - 12/3/7 plus 20 sec static
                          Seated Wrist Curls - 45 - 26/16/12 plus 20 sec static

                          and of course the stretches after each one!
