      Yep, I also got one, it works amazing, tottaly hits all the inner core muscles which you really need to perform other exercises that are taxing on your larger muscle groups.

        DC Workout #3
        Decline Bench - 245x 15/5/3 plus 20 sec static
        Bent lateral raises - 30x 15/10/6
        Tricep Pushdowns (V-bar) - 210x 12/9/6 plus 20 sec static
        DB Rows - 90x 12/9/5
        Wide Grip seated Rows - 210x10/6/5
        Reverse Grip Shrugs - 225x25 (straight set)

        Plus stretches...Im having trouble with Tricep extreme stretch, i never tend to feel it in my tris i just feel pressure in my shoulders

          try and keep your elbow pointing straight up at the ceiling while letting the dumbell drop down and back as far as it can. i have to keep my back arched a lot while doing it so it falls back far enough to even really get a good stretch...but phuck, when that stretch is over, i just want to drop the son of a *****,lol.

              dont know if the gyms gonna be in the cards today, my right quad is still a little sore and lower back is aching. I guess Its gonna take a few weeks to be able to hit my legs in such a short period of time due to the fact I was out of traning for a month. Am i makin the right decision by jus goin tomorrow?

                ok so my legs just got unsore, but last night at the gym i decided id start DC for real this time, now that my body has gotten used to workin out again, im sure i wont need as much recovery time and now my diet is on check...

                DC Workout 1
                BB Incline Press - 210 -12/3/3 plus 20sec static
                Side Raises - 40 - 12/7/4
                Wide pushdowns - 210 - 14/8/6 plus 20sec static
                Pulldowns (side grip) - 220 - 12/9/8 plus 20sec static
                Deads - 230 - 15
                BB Shrugs - 320 - 15/9/6
