Im stuck between 2 different routines, DC, Max OT...Ive done DC before and experiences rather good results, and ive always used max-ot methods as far as 4-6 reps 6-9 sets training one bodypart every 5-7 days but im not sure if i grasp the whole actual routine, or is that all there is to it? At this point im looking to get bigger and not so much stronger but if i could do both that would be great.
