    Im stuck between 2 different routines, DC, Max OT...Ive done DC before and experiences rather good results, and ive always used max-ot methods as far as 4-6 reps 6-9 sets training one bodypart every 5-7 days but im not sure if i grasp the whole actual routine, or is that all there is to it? At this point im looking to get bigger and not so much stronger but if i could do both that would be great.
    Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself

    gettin big is diet and going heavy. eat big + lift heavy + 8-10hrs sleep = bigboi

      yes i am aware of that im jus askin what routine would someoone reccomend...trust me all the other stuff is on key i jus wanna do somethin different

        How do you plan to get bigger if you don't get stronger?

          thats not the point of my question...im just sayin my goal is gettin bigger not getting stronger...but yes of course they come hnad in hand
