1.5-1.75 hours daily. Includes workout and cardioPush it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!

1-1.15 HRS @ 5 DAYS A WEEK LIFTING. NO CARDIO.....MAYBE THAT'S THE PROBLEM, LOL.HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

I do a two day split.
Something like this.
Monday: Chest/Tris/Shoulders
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Legs/Back/Bis
Thursday: Off
Friday: Chest/Tris/Shoulders
Saturday: Off
Sunday: off
Monday: Legs/Back/Bis
repeat...etc.
Now being I hit my body part so often I don't do much volume. I will give you a typical workout.
Chest/Tris/Shoulders:
Decline bench press, 1 max set of 3 reps
Dumbbell bench press 4 x 8 PAUSED at chest, explosive,
Skull Crushers 4 x 8
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4 x 10, Abs, HEAVY 3 x 10
Legs/Back/Bis
Box Squat 3 x 5
Pullthru’s HIGH 2 x 10
Lat pulldown, wide grip 5 x 6
BB Curl 4 x 6
