    i spend about 1.5hrs 4 times a week, 5 times a week lately

      1 hour 4-5 times a week for cardio

      1 hour 3 days a week lifting

        1.5-1.75 hours daily. Includes workout and cardio
        Push it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!

          45 min to 1hr lifting 3 times a week
          45 min to 1hr cardio 5 times a week
          NO PAIN, NO GAIN

                1 to 1.5 every day weekends off one body part a day
                Don't worry about life, you're not going to survive it anyway.

                  1-1.15 HRS @ 5 DAYS A WEEK LIFTING. NO CARDIO.....MAYBE THAT'S THE PROBLEM, LOL.

                    In the gym, 3 to 4 hours a week. Cardio I do in the form of hiking and mountain biking so that's outside the gym. No inside cardio this time of year. LOL
                    I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

                      3 days lifting at 1hr to 1.5hr each time, then going to add some cardio in 4x a week for 40minues

                            I do a two day split.

                            Something like this.

                            Monday: Chest/Tris/Shoulders

                            Tuesday: Off

                            Wednesday: Legs/Back/Bis

                            Thursday: Off

                            Friday: Chest/Tris/Shoulders

                            Saturday: Off

                            Sunday: off

                            Monday: Legs/Back/Bis

                            repeat...etc.

                            Now being I hit my body part so often I don't do much volume. I will give you a typical workout.


                            Chest/Tris/Shoulders:

                            Decline bench press, 1 max set of 3 reps
                            Dumbbell bench press 4 x 8 PAUSED at chest, explosive,
                            Skull Crushers 4 x 8
                            Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4 x 10, Abs, HEAVY 3 x 10



                            Legs/Back/Bis




                            Box Squat 3 x 5
                            Pullthru’s HIGH 2 x 10
                            Lat pulldown, wide grip 5 x 6
                            BB Curl 4 x 6

                              Been working a lot lately so I get in when I have time. I go for about an hour on the weekdays and 1.5 hrs on the weekends. Try to go 4-5 times a week
