If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

Chest n back...i too hated training my legs n one day i got a full body shot of myself in the mirror n the neglect of my legs show...it looks stipid as shit...but after a couple months of hittin my legs I'm starting to realy enjoy leg day...n its finally starting to show lol
