I had a 3 way fusion in s1, l6, l7 so my training for back is a little different than the best. The problem is I can't feel it much in lats. I can do mist all the movements except for bent over row and t bar rows. What should I try?

Re: not feeling it in lats
I have found one arm cable lat pulls you can really find a position where you can really isolate then and feel them light up nicely. same with row. Granted you cannot go as heavy but you are not compensating with other muscle groups. And lastly it is real good for support muscles because it is an asymmetrical lift.

Re: not feeling it in lats
Full extention pull ups fires mine up good. When doing them, touch your chest to the bar then when you lower yourself count to 5 until you come to full extention at the bottom. Then explode up. Do 5 sets to failure.Fitnessgeared.com
