    I changed my training and wow. I do a push/pull on alternating days with legs on pull days along with back and bicep. Still got a pump this morning. Arms feel like lead but feel good.

        that's awesome man. i have had some really good success with a pull push leg split. that keeps the lower back a little protection and rest and if you want to vary it even more you can go pull push leg off then repeat. good stuff to keep changing and staying fresh

              Got a question.
              I have been going heavy and making gains. My pecs appear flatter for some reason
