A 20 pound dumbbell can feel as heavy as a 80 pound dumbbell if your doing it right. Just a thought

you want to make it extra interesting. give the 8 sets of 8 with no more than 30 sec rest between each set. the goal is to go as fast between sets as your recovery will allow. brutal with the same idea of how heavy it feels

I wish people at my gym would read this. I see dummies on the lat pull rocking their whole bodies for momentum looking like idiots trying to do the whole stack. I would rather do 1/2 the stack with perfect form. Oh and don't get me started on bicep curls.

      Great post!

Ah man, there are guys at my gym that look like swaying trees doing bicep curls. I'm like dude, You're probably only actually lifting 10lbs of that. It's ridiculous.

I agree bigtime, I go pretty light now and I feel and see better results.

Nice bro. One thing I do is take 15 deep breaths in/out between sets

You can obliterate yourself with a 20 pound dumbbell...You can induce a helluva lot of pain with not a whole lot of weight if you know what youre doing
