I hate "NO" signs in general. But "NO" signs like this in a gym I find especially offensive! No chalk? No grunting??? DOES ANYBODY HERE KNOW WERE IN A FUCKING GYM??? Oh... I forgot.... No yelling either.... I think they forgot "NO" swearing!20181017_161712.jpg
i like it. i dont agree with the grunting and stuff but showing your ass and acting a fool doesnt make you hard core period. throwing and dropping the weights does not either and def not cleaning up after yourself is also inconsiderate as fuck. so in all reality if people acted civilized then their would be no need for signs that point out the obvious.
i agree with jipped on the selfie thing both in the squat rack and bathroom. want to take lame as pictures of yourself then do that shit at home. if you have to prove you trained today with a picture then your a dumb ass
Signs just take up space for nice wall stuff. I guess they have to put something up . If reading it gets your adrenaline going, then that is a positive..no preworkout needed
I would like to see this in the shower stalls "No clearing out your sinuses and spitting loogies while taking a shower"...gawd I so ****ing hate when people do that. Its gross and disgusting.
I remember back in the 90s I used chalk for virtually every singe workout. I would keep a block of chalk with me thru my whole workout. When I was done, I was usually covered in chalk. The gym where I trained had chalk all over the floor. Nobody cared. Then one day my girlfriend invited me to workout at Bally's Total Fitness. Yep, I walked in there with my block of chalk and started chalking up, white dust flying thru the air. The management of Bally's got pissed!
I almost got in a fight with the manager over it. I said "This is fucking ridiculous! Whoever heard of working out without chalk???" LOL
