Apple Cider Vin

Its been asked but do any of you use it. Since I've been losing weight I think this has helped taking Apple Cider Vinegar

i hear its wonderful to take a nip everyday. I tried it for a while. Noticed nothing after I started and after i stopped. Good laxative if your full of shit.

I hate the taste too much and people always tell me to take the capsules. I dunno. Seems to me like capsules wouldnt work as good as the liquid ...what do u all think?

I take it eveyday. I've gotten so used to the taste, I just pour it in a shot glass and swig it back. Braggs brand is the only one I use.

yep same here. i do have 2 tbl spoon with a whole lemon and a tbl spoon of honey after training

I was using it daily for well over a year...then one day I just couldn’t stomach it at all and stopped. I do “fire cider” which will kick your ass but the honey in it helps the vomit response to the cider!

yeah man. i been doing a concoction for my post workout. 2tbl spn acv full squeezed lemon 1 tbl spn honey and warm water. that isnt so nasty at all haha. i do straight lemon and acv first thing in the am by itself and that's rough

Im using it now, Braggs , to tighten up the waist some.
I was using iot in the past, took a shot first thing in the morning , everyday, and it kept my waist slim. Ive noticed that my waist has gotten thicker, so I had to break out the ACV.

I cant get used to the taste. Ive tried. It makes me feel like Im going to vomit every time Ive tried it. Ive tried many times and I had to give it up- That shit is HORRIBLE!!!

Plus Im sure capsules cost 10X what the liquid costs
