    Iveswitched it up a little instead of doing a party part a week I am now doing everything 2x a week in 8 ays.Yeah Im in the gym longer but after now a few weeks you so can notice the change your body does and the shape of stuff. Anyone workon body parts 2x in the same week

    i train everything 2x per week over 6 days. sometimes i will train a body part 3x per week as well. it works very well as long as you can recover properly

      It seems like the only way I can guarantee to hit each bodypart twice a week is if I do Push,Pull,legs split. But I can only stick woth that split for a couple months before I wear myself out.

          you got that right man. some people can take supps aas and still can only train 4 days a week and recover. then others can go balls out for 6-7 days a week with damn near nothing. got to find that happy middle ground

            I train everything on 4 day split. 4 days on 1 day off. I switch it up every now and then to hit each muscle more often, but always eventually end up back on the 4-day split.
