and was on the machine that yo sit in and hits your inner or outer thigh. Well after my leg wrokout decided to do it I do mu sets then I decide why not just rep the shit out of this non stop keep going do 50 reps. I was on a mediocre weight and did my 500 reps took about 10 minutes or so what ever. Today hey my ass and my our thighs are hurting prety bad but its that good hurt muscle feeling,.

i do adductors almost every workout man. i know you dont squat but before you hit the leg press do a nice warmup and pump on your hams then hit the adductors for 4-8 sets of 10-15 to fill them up. then go hit the leg press or whatever your heavy quad movement is going to be. fires and moves so much smoother when they are both pumped up nicelyTGBSupplements REP
