step mill intervals are the shit. the prowler is good also and last but not least the jacob's ladder is another great tool

I wish my gym had a jacob's ladder!
They used to have something called a versa climber, that would kick your butt

One gym I go to has a jacob's ladder and it's brutal. I try to use it as much as I can. Other than that, it's the stair master for me.

They used to have something called a versa climber, that would kick your butt

one of the gyms in my area that a buddy of mine runs has everything you can imagine. it even has a 50 yard strip of turf down the center of the gym with sprint belts and a bunch of other stuff. manual driven treadmills 8 jacob's ladders and pretty much anything else you can dream of. his gym gets a hell of a budget from the gov for sure

Stepmill has always been my fave but not good for my hips anymore. the treadmill has been my recent friend

MY WIFE JUST GOT A BOWFLEX MAX TRAINER AND THAT THING WILL KILL YOU!! IT COMBINES A STEPPER AND TREADMILL

Treadmill or rower for me. Great for hiit training

Treadmill for my high incline and long as I keep my HR at 120 it works for me

stairmaster you pump the peddles up and down. the step mill has revolving stairs on it
