          good stuff. i like to hammer mine with partials at the end of sets from time to time. i am fortunate enough to low low insertions with mine so my arms are full and peak well

            Good stuff. My biggest arm weakness is my bicep peak. My biceps are shaped more like a football. They look big and full when my arm is down at my sides, but when flexed my peak is lacking.

              I did that with BOTH biceps. ouch

                I have no long head of my bicep on the right and my strength on that side is the same as the left. Go figure. They said the long head of the bicep is the only tendon in the body that u can totally live without and not lose function.
                John Elway ruptured his long head and he said he actually threw the football better without it
