For a long time my cruise was very simple. Test cyp 250 mg/week (split mon and thurs) and .25 adex eod. Now my cruise is a little more and I like to include deca but that initial cruise dosage worked great and my estro levels stayed in check very easily.

I have a question almost the same except I'm using aromasin anavar, winny and 50 mg a wk of deca. How much aromasin do I use? FYI, I also have nolva and proviron as well. Gunnnns chime innnn

after your initial 2wk build up of 25mg ed or eod you should be able to roll over to 12.5mg ed or eod due to build up. aroma isnt like nolva or dex where it kicks in pretty much in a few days, it needs a buildup for most people that''s why you can cut dose in half after the initial build up period. if you throw proviron in there you still need an anti e alongside of it because its anti e property is very very weak. also with prov you need to watch prostate if you are prone to prostate issues. if your taint starts cramping that is a sign that it is swelling up on you and its time to take a break or stop it. that's a pretty interesting cycle you are running and for most the estro control shouldnt be that bad
