HCG and HMG

It is past time to get my twins to make test naturally again. I have been on a long cruise so I may or may not be successful.
My endo doc will give me Clomid but insurance will not cover HCG and HMG, both are needed to have a positive outcome.
Both are pricey so the question is what are my chances that this will work? What will be the length of cycle and the amounts of each?

for starters clomid is a horrible compound for side effects and hcg can raise most people's bp not to mention it surpress natural production even more once it is stopped. it is used during cycle and not so much for pct unless you want to prolong the time it takes for natty levels to return. most will just pull everything out and try to control estro. at your age though i am seriously doubting that your natty levels will bounce back but some people get lucky and they do. it is on an individual basis. hmg is used more so for boosting swimmer concentrations more so than anything. best bet would be pull everything out and try to keep estro in check or follow what your doc says would be better esp since it is an endo. then again those guys are behind in what works and doesnt haha

Guns is right that HCG is supressive but I will add that HCG will get the boys working again pretty well. There is a rebound after use but it leave me in a far better spot than just using a serm like clomid or nolva. I have done TRT for decades and when I come off I can still get natty T to 300+. If you use HCG with clomid if that is all you have then work with you can get some of your natty test back but it will take time and as an old guy I can tell you, it sucks.

I always wait 3 weeks if on a longer ester, I start with a double dose of serm and 1000 iu of HCG 3x a week. I run hcg for two weeks then continue the serm for 2 more weeks at a regular dose. I have read it is better to do HCG at a lower dose EOD and may try this next time. All I learned about PCT was from 25 years ago and it works. I do not know about HMG but I reckon it works too.

i think the thing with HCG being suppressive is it gets the motor warmed up and then when you stop it, you are ahead of the game and not starting at zero.

I monkied around with supplement test boosters and I found that some of them work pretty well. I judge this on my sex drive and energy. If you cannot get HCG, try tribulus extract and other herbals. I think they help some. Watch this vid, Huberman is sharp.

Sorry re read, if just for nattty test why bother? And like guns says is it even possible to ever get it back to an amount that's even enough to enjoy life lol.

Got bloods back. Almost a total shut down of the twins. Been off test for about 2 months. Tried tongkat about the same length of time. Realistically what are the chances of the twins working again?

man, their are no supplements otc that are going to bring you back i promise you that. they may bump them up a little bit but it isnt going to bring you into normal range for sure. as for bouncing back i would say and i am not a doc but if i were a betting man i would say no. i am only 45 and mine havent came back since my upper 20s and they have been as low as having a total test of 6. yes single digit 6.
now i have seen videos of guys starting to come back after 6-12 months of being off but it took that long. their are some retired pros that werent top 10 guys that have videos out there talking about it. seth feroce may be one but dont hold me to that, i do know they are out there but i wouldnt hold my breath on them coming back though

Talked to doc more about it. I will decrease my test to 150mg every 2 weeks. This will bring levels to about 450 to 500. No need to stress my body for a year and still get no results.

it can keep them from shrinking and keep sperm levels higher than usual but the downside is it can also increase both estrogen and blood pressure at the same time. most people only use it if they plan on trying to have kids in the future and not be completely shut down and some use it so they dont have tiny balls. i could care less since i am done having kids and how big my balls are doesnt matter as long as mr happy works. i am also one of the unfortunate ones that gets a spike in bp from hcg, so i couldnt use it while on cycle. gnrh is also another alternative to get a kick start but it has also been proven to go back to sub levels again once it is cleared out of your system. it also can castrate you if you use to much. i have seen doc t talk about it a few times and he says only under the supervision of a doc. i have used it in the past and it will crank levels up to normal again but it goes away as soon as it clears. we did think that originally but figured it out over time

Brings me to the original question. My endo will not prescribe either but ho did not try to talk me out of it either.
What would a typical cycle look like? of GCG and or HMG?
