Fertility Protocol, it is time

Hi Everyone, I have been missing Coming on here much but thouggt this calls for a post. It's been 2 year 5 months for trying to get the boys and swimmers back, feels like a long time. As of now I am off testosterone. My naturopath thought we could do it on low dose trt, they came back hammering the hcg but didn't stick.

I feel ok, weak , sore joints, training is hard but I feel ok just old. 37 [emoji23]

I was told about the Dave Palumbo Protocol here awhile back, I watched a few videos but never did it.
So recently I emailed Dave and got the protocol and a little extra advice I'll post it after this.
Some Hmg just arrived illl be starting today as well as hcg, both EOD and some nolva. I can't chat with my Naturopath until the 16th but am going to start now as this is happening whether he wants it to or not, I did email him to let him know and I think he will be supportive.
Wish me luck and don't wait this long to try it although gotta be careful and take advice from the pros but it is time to get aggressive.

BABY MAKING PROTOCOL FOR MEN (To Increase Fertility in Men)
75 IU HMG (Human Menopausal Gonadotropin) every other day until pregnancy occurs. (Biopepshop.com carries HMG (and it’s very cheap)


2000 IU Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) every other day until pregnancy occurs.


50mg Clomid (clomiphene citrate) 2x a day until pregnancy occurs.


DO NOT TAKE ANY ANABOLIC STEROIDS or Hormone Replacement (HRT)


***I am sensitive to Clomid so will likely steer clear, his suggestion below:

NOLVADEX can potentially be used in place of CLOMID at 10mg 2x per day

19 days in, I now have proscribed hmg and nolva rather than some Chinese and homemade stuff so know it is 100% pharm grade now. Since changing to the new hmg I notice a little change mainly just minor, a little acne and a little agro adjusting maybe but not bad. I am pretty tired still and have been training a little bit it has been hard, hoping the test levels will kick up soon. I will go for some bloodwork In a week or two and redo sperm test In 2 to 3 months. My sex drive is still quite low since I have been completely off the test but is coming back ever so slightly.

28 days in now, getting bloodwork today will do sperm test in another few months.

If you do not already take vitamin D3 at 2,000-3,000 iu ed with a zinc supp.

Also D-Aspartic acid is a good supp

Been menaing to post, swimmers are back at a decent concentration wow! Sex drive sucks but hoping we can get just one good one to make it into her lol.
It has taken a long time, patience and has not been easy but here we are 3 years later.
