So I heard on YouTube you aren't supposed to dose it around a carb meal??? Iv been taking it at 8-830 every night and eating a carb/protein meal around 9-945 then going to bed at 10... According to the guy on YouTube carbs will counteract the effects of the MK-677 due to the fact hgh can't raise or release with carbs in the system, hell idk somebody that knows lmk because I'll start taking it at 10 directly before bed and eat my last carb meal at 8 if this is the case that way I can have two hours between the Carb meal and MK dose.... I'm a AAS guy all this other stuff I'm still learning about especially when food is involved.

With MK-677 half life being almost 24 hours I don't see how it makes a difference. I haven't seen the youtube video you are talking about but I haven't heard it makes a difference whats in your stomach.

        YouTube

Not only do I disagree with some of what this guy says, but the fact he is smacking the whole time really annoys me.
Now only reason I disagree is because he is saying the opposite of what Iv heard previously, for all I know he could be right I'll let y'all decide.

i wasnt aware of it causing bp issues. i know you can get some water retention off of it just like gh but i would think that would take a little bit to kick in. someone school me on this issue

The idea of this is the fact that gh increases blood sugar, so carbs plus elevated bg can be dangerous. Blood pressure issues are related to the water retention. Not that it directly increases bp. Back to BG, carbs increase bg which triggers insulin response. Insulin inhibits gh signaling. Gh increases insulin sensitivity, so extended use of 677 should be accompanied by metformin or insulin. Hope this makes sense
